Mellor Enterprises eCrater Terms & Policies


We strive to make your eCrater experience a good one. We make every effort to list all of our items accurately. Compatibility of any product is the purchasers' responsibility. Please read the product ad carefully. We endeavor to list all available information in the ad, therefore, in many cases an item's specifications may have been obtained via the Internet. If you have any questions regarding this product please visit the manufacturer's web site or call their customer service before placing your bid.

We strive to list all our items accurately, however, some of our items may have cosmetic imperfections such as case scratches, minor blemish and discoloration due to normal wear and tear, that do not in any way affect the performance of the unit. For these reasons, our warranty only covers the operation of the item and not the cosmetics.

Unless otherwise stated, listed items are only for the item displayed. In many cases listed items will NOT include peripheral equipment such as power cords, chargers, manuals, software, cables, OEM warranties, batteries, cradles, keyboards, mice licenses and Operating Systems, unless otherwise mentioned in the item description.


Payment must be made in full immediately upon checkout. If you purchase multiple items we will combine shipping charges and refund you back the difference.

Non-US customers must pay with PayPal! We do not accept Non-US based Credit Cards, Gift Cards or Debit Cards.

US Postal Money Orders should include a copy of the eCrater invoice. They should be made out to Mellor Enterprises.

eCrater purchases are usually processed and shipped the next business day or within three (3) business days of payment being received and cleared.

Mellor Enterprises does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Sales Tax:

Washington residence will be responsible for Washington State Sales Tax of 8.30%


We try to make you the buyer as happy as we possibly can. We have been very successful working out issues. If there are any concerns or questions not already answered regarding our auctions feel free to email us.

Our hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. PST M-F. Order's placed after 5:00 P.M. on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges!
Insurance is optional but required for any purchase over $99.99. U.S Bidders only.

We only ship Signature Confirmed and/or Delivery Confirmation to Confirmed Address for PayPal purchase and may require insurance.
We will combine shipping costs on multiple item purchases.

We always e-mail our customers when their purchases have been sent and provide tracking info (if available).

eCrater purchases will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days of payment being received and cleared, usually next business day after payment has been received.

Mellor Enterprises shipping costs are for standard domestic GROUND deliveries within the United States.

If you would like Priority, 2nd day or Overnight please email us for a quote and we will adjust your invoice or bill you for any additional cost if the item has already been paid for.

International Buyer's please email prior to purchasing to see if we ship to your destination. You must include full address and phone number and the item(s) you are interested in. Please do not purchase an item until we have sent you a shipping quote. If you do purchase an item, please be aware that additional shipping charges will be due.

We use USPS for international and for small domestic deliveries**. We only use FedEx or similar carrier for large or oversized deliveries. We will not assign salvage values to products. Local taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Please send us your phone number and eCrater ID as soon as you purchase the item and indicate you want signature service.

All PayPal orders with a value over $250.00 will be sent with Signature Required Service.

Items that are delivered No Signature Required may be left by FedEx/UPS in an unsecured location around your home.

Persons in Benton or Yakima County can opt for Local Pickup at our store. Please email us with an approximate time you will be coming to pick up your item. Please email to sales@mellorenterprises or call us at (509) 781-0686 for information on local pickup.

**We will use USPS for APO addresses. Valid emails address and phone numbers are required.


Unless otherwise stated in product description, Mellor Enterprises warrants refurbished parts for 30 days from the date of shipment. Should product fail within the 30-days from the date of shipment, the option of receiving a full credit for the part or a replacement part will be determined at the time of the request. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our contacts page for RMA information.

Batteries are not tested and do not come with a warranty.

Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

To request an RMA, you must contact Mellor Enterprises with in the designated warranty period. If warranty work is required, Mellor Enterprises will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

All requests for parts returns should be directed to our RMA Department via our online RMA form to obtain a return authorization number and the correct return address. The RMA Department will verify the warranty status of the part on which you are requesting a return. Please provide as much information as possible to expedite the return and credit process, including the original purchase order and date the defective part was purchased.

When Returning Items Please:

Include the Mellor Enterprises RMA number on the paperwork you are returning with the shipment.

Return items with the original packing in the original box.

Send returns prepaid using a traceable method. (UPS, FedEx, etc). We are not responsible for items lost in transit

Mellor Enterprises accepts "unopened" non-defective/incorrectly ordered part returns if requested within the first 14 days of shipment. Unopened non-defective part returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling are non refundable.


Mellor Enterprises leaves feedback once you give feedback and an item is paid. We go through our feedback file and submit feedback for those who have filed feedback on us. This policy ensures that everyone gets proper recognition and makes the process a bit smoother for both parties. If you are satisfied with our transaction, please leave a positive feedback and we will be sure to reciprocate when we do our updates. We leave positive feedback when items are paid for, simple as that. In other words, we give feedback once you give feedback and have paid. Due to the volume of our sales, we can only leave feedback every so often. Please be patient with us, we will leave you feedback when we have the time.
